Recipe: Cauliflower Crust Pizza

A cauliflower crust pizza?  Why not!  This is an amazing take on the traditional pizza, from my dear friend Jeannie.  And Jeannie’s  a woman I trust about tasty foods- she’s got a knack for bringing healthy-to-eat and I-want-to-eat-this together in delicious harmony.  Gods bless her.  Let’s get started!!  Personally, I’m very excited to try this one for myself.  I have never made a crust with cauliflower before, and if Jeannie’s picture is any indication, I am sure this will be absolutely delicious!
